Who we are
RS Application (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an independent software company. We operate rsapplication.com and the product and API websites linked from it. If you have any question about this policy, email contact@rsapplication.com.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact form: your first and last name, email address, phone number (optional), project type, and the message you write.
- Newsletter: your email address, when you subscribe in the footer or tick the newsletter box on the contact form.
- Email: anything you choose to include when you write to us directly.
Information collected automatically
- IP address: stored with contact messages and newsletter sign-ups so we can prevent spam and abuse.
- Server logs: our hosting provider records standard request data, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time of the request, to keep the site secure and running.
- Bot protection: our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks browser and device signals to tell people from automated bots.
We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
How we use it
- To read and reply to your inquiry and discuss a possible project.
- To send the newsletter, only if you asked to receive it.
- To protect our forms and website from spam, fraud, and abuse.
- To keep the website secure, available, and working correctly.
- To meet legal obligations, if any apply.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Service providers
We share information only with the providers that help us run the site, and only for the purposes above:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, our database for contact messages and newsletter sign-ups, and Turnstile bot protection.
- Zoho ZeptoMail: sending emails, such as the newsletter welcome email and contact form notifications.
- Google (Gmail): the inbox where we receive and answer contact form messages.
- Telegram: internal notifications that alert our team to new contact form messages.
These providers may process information in countries other than your own. Our product links lead to third-party sites, such as CodeCanyon, Codester, and GitHub, which have their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
- Contact messages: for as long as we need them to reply, carry out any project that follows, and keep normal business records.
- Newsletter sign-ups: until you unsubscribe.
- Server logs: for the limited period set by our hosting provider.
You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To unsubscribe from the newsletter, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter email, or your email app’s built-in unsubscribe button. You can subscribe again at any time. For any other request, email contact@rsapplication.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
We protect information with encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and bot protection on every form. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
Children
Our website and services are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our website or services change. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
