By using rsapplication.com (the “website”), you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. “RS Application”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to RS Application.
Using the website
You may browse the website and contact us for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- send spam, malicious code, or misleading information through our forms;
- try to gain unauthorized access to the website, its servers, or its data;
- disrupt or overload the website, or bypass its security and bot protection;
- copy or reuse the website’s content or design in a way that infringes our rights.
Inquiries and client work
Sending a project inquiry does not create a contract or oblige either side to work together. Any client project, including its scope, price, timeline, ownership, and support, is governed by a separate written agreement between you and RS Application. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.
App templates
Our ready-made app templates are sold through third-party marketplaces such as CodeCanyon and Codester. Your purchase, licence, payment, refunds, and support are governed by the terms and licence of the marketplace you buy from. Prices shown on this website are for information and may change.
API services
Each API service is described on its own website, which may have additional terms, pricing, and usage limits. We work to keep our APIs fast and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change, limit, or discontinue an API. You are responsible for using API results lawfully and appropriately in your own products.
Open source projects
Our open source projects, including CmdPalm, TermBelt, and Servexy, are published on GitHub. Your use, copying, modification, and distribution of them is governed by each project’s licence (for example, MIT or AGPL-3.0), which takes precedence over these terms for that project. As their licences state, they are provided without warranty.
Intellectual property
The website’s content, design, logos, and the RS Application name are owned by RS Application and protected by law. You may not use our name or branding to suggest an endorsement or partnership without our written permission. Open source code is licensed separately, as described above.
Third-party links
The website links to sites we do not control, such as marketplaces, GitHub, and other services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Using them is at your own discretion and under their terms.
